SOCOFU Sunday Stand Up series brings the comedy underground to Sonoma County. Presented by SOCOFU (Sonoma Comedians & Filmmakers Union) this monthly Sunday night affair features only the best comedy talent from the San Francisco, Oakland, & LA comedy scenes in a long set format.
All the comedy, half the price. We've removed the filler so you don't have to pay for it. With occasional integrated sketch film and other unexpected surprises in store, every show is guaranteed to be unique. SOCOFU's March show continues the promise of "all killer/no filler" with another strong line-up of the Bay Area's best and brightest.
Named one of the Bay Area's "Top 5 Comedians to Watch" by the San Jose Mercury News, Kaseem Bentley is an African American comic from San Francisco who brings style and class to stand up comedy with his unique style and razor sharp observations.
With his powerful stage presence and a receptive persona, he quickly shifts the vibe of any room in which he performs, always leaving the audience wanting more. He has performed all over the Bay Area, including the Purple Onion, Rooster T. Feathers and the SF Punchline.
